Mr. Lyles founded Tandem Technologies, Inc. in 1999. After creating a novel bio-neutralization technology to protect the world’s oceans, he went on to explore additional uses of seawater and benefits of the oceans to the skin and body. In 2005, he co-founded C’watre, LLC, an ocean water based skin care company, and served as Managing Member until taking the company public with C’watre International, Inc. in 2007. Mr. Lyles also serves as a Director of White Door, Inc, the provider of alternative energy power platforms.
Mr. Lyles, a proven leader in environmental business, firmly embraces the idea that a successful company must start with strong business fundamentals but must also practice social responsibility.
Mr. Gray is the managing member of Core Concepts, LLC, and is based in the greater Washington DC area. He has served as one of the founding members of Core Concepts LLC since June 2002. He is considered a financial expert under the rules promulgated by the major stock exchanges. Mr. Gray has more than sixteen years of experience in Big Four accounting and consulting firms (Ernst & Young and KPMG), serving and consulting with many public and private companies. He has extensive experience with private and public companies regarding financial, compliance, and strategic matters and has a deep background in the healthcare industry.
Mr. Gray also serves as a director of United Therapeutics Inc., NASDAQ:UTHR and Red Branch Technologies, Inc. (OTC:RBTI).
Mr. Sirianni is an active early stage investor and strategic consultant to numerous development stage companies. Mr. Sirianni sits on the board of both public and private companies.
Mr. Sirianni is the Chairman of the Board of White Door, Inc., the provider of alternative energy power platforms, and White Door Canarias, S.L., a Canary Island company situated in the U.S. sponsored ZEC zone for economical development. Mr. Sirianni is the CEO of Red Branch Technologies, which connects emergent companies in sustainable-energy and point-of-need physical security markets with the critical resources they need for commercial success. Mr. Sirianni is also a Co-Founder of Nano Therapies, LLC, a company specializing in drug delivery utilizing unique Nano particles.
He is also the Managing Member of ND3, LLC, founded in 2007, which assists its clients with a broad range of consulting services in the areas of business development and education to strategic consultation. ND3 focuses its efforts on developmental stage companies, both public and private, as well as mature companies in need of capital formation, funding introductions, and/or public relations.
Doug specializes in taking new companies and new technologies to market. He was an early contributor to the Silicon Valley leader for integrated circuit design, Calma Corporation. He pioneered the Electronic Technical Publishing market at Information Displays Inc., which dominated this market niche and attained NASDAQ National Market status.
At Xerox Corporation he started up two business teams solving problems in asset management for utility companies and technical document management for manufacturing companies, world-wide. He launched Concept Five Technologies as an early entrant in cyber security for pharmaceutical and financial services markets. He has consulted in more than 100 product launches and focuses on sales productivity, branding and positioning. Doug is a founder and principal in the PlantSuccess Energy Leadership Series a strategic dialog about energy sustainability facing leaders in the DoD and Process Manufacturing Industry.
Robert is an international corporate attorney, whose career spans four decades. He began his career in the U.S. Army (Military Intelligence) and served in the 1968-70 MyLai Investigation (Peers Inquiry). He was discharged as Captain and served the Office of D.C. Attorney General (Corporation Counsel) from 1970-80. Robert's Bar Admissions include: Supreme Court of the United States; U.S. Courts of Appeals, First, Third, Fourth, and Sixth Circuits; D.C. Court of Appeals; U.S. District Court (D.C.); Superior Court of the District of Columbia; U.S. Court of Military Appeals.
